[this is good] This I like. I don't know much about photography, but I do notice that all your photos are in the same style. Is this because of the equipment you use to shoot, or processing, or something else? Does it (the style) have a name?

I don't know much about photography either :-) So if this style has a name then I do not know it :-) The common thing about the photos is that they are done using a Nokia N80 mobile phone, they are all close-up (macro) photos (disguising the actual subjects) and edited and uploaded directly from the phone - no PC involved! Basically, I started doing it just as a test of the phone capabilities and I decided that these kind of photos would be more interesting than photos of snowy landscapes (which is what we have had here for the last 3-4 months!)

Yes, I agree, these photos are much more interesting (and gorgeous) than landscapes.
Quite unrelated, but- my first pen friend was from Finland too! Her name was Kati Lahtinen.
